FAIRFAX – Beginning on or about Monday, October 12, eastbound Prosperity Avenue between Dorr Avenue and Merrilee Drive in Merrifield will be temporarily closed while crews relocate underground utilities as part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
